Logistics & Booking

Ideally 2–4 weeks in advance, but short-notice requests are welcome depending on availability.

Yes. Clients are responsible for covering transportation, accommodations, and reasonable daily expenses.

I require a 25% deposit to hold the date. Cancellations within 7 days of the engagement are non-refundable. Advance purchases made (e.g. attire and some equipment) are final, however I will return items that are returnable to lessen the financial burden for my client.

I’ll always do my best to ensure you're comfortable. As an empath, I generally detect this in other humans very early. I don't anticipate me causing my clients any discomfort. However, if something doesn’t feel aligned, let’s communicate honestly and respectfully and readjust as necessary.
Safety, Privacy & Professionalism

Completely. I maintain a strict policy of confidentiality and treat every client relationship with integrity and care. I will sign NDAs, CDAs or other privacy policy documents as required. I do not share any information of my clients period. ALL identities on website are hidden for discretion.

I do carry personal insurance and happy to provide a background check and professional references upon request.

Yes, I provide both a background check and am fully doxxed directly to my clients directly.

Yes, I can provide this support and assistance during the trip. If there are preparations that need to be done in advance, that will be priced accordingly outside of the travel/event dates.

Yes, I provide 1 hour of direct contact prior to your event/trip to get any contextual details and requirements. I will review all itinerary, requirements, etc. prior to our call. I will provide 1 hour post trip as a follow up and exchange feedback. If conditions lead to request for various types of continued support, arrangements can be made at that time.
